The Why Behind It All

Dr. Jackie Eldridge · Corporate Academy
Safe Connection. Strong Culture. Lasting Change.
I have spent over two decades helping educators build classrooms where every child feels safe, seen, and ready to learn. And for all of those years, I watched the same dynamics I was addressing in schools play out just as powerfully, and just as harmfully, in the workplaces where adults spend the majority of their lives.
Then I started watching what was happening in the world around us. Leaders using power to dismiss, demean, and humiliate, publicly, repeatedly, without consequence. Stories filling the news cycle that would once have shocked us, becoming quietly normalized. Colleagues sharing experiences with me that sounded exactly like what I had been hearing from students for years:
“I don’t feel safe here. And I don’t believe anyone will do anything about it.”
Bullying does not stop at graduation. Harassment does not begin in the boardroom. The same unmet needs, the same fear responses, the same unravelling of belonging and dignity move with us through every environment we inhabit.
That is why I am bringing this work into the organizations where it is needed just as urgently. Not as a compliance checkbox. As a genuine culture shift.
Most workplace harassment training teaches policy. This program teaches people. It draws on four converging, evidence-based disciplines because harmful workplace behaviour cannot be solved from a single angle:
The Why Behind It All
Essential Skills for Every Level
A Relational Response Model
Healing, Repairing, Reconnecting
Together, these frameworks give your people a shared language and a set of tools that are not just theoretically sound. They actually change the way people show up for one another before, during, and after harm occurs.
Workplace harassment is a whole-organization problem. It requires a whole-organization response. This program is designed so that every employee, every manager, every HR professional, and every executive speaks the same language and operates from the same values.
9–10 hours in one facilitated session, ideal for HR teams and leadership cohorts
4 × half-day modules across 4 weeks, allowing integration between sessions
Equip your internal facilitators to deliver and sustain the program organization-wide
Select specific modules to integrate with your existing L&D program
All formats include participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and a 30-60-90 day action planning tool.
I am opening a small number of discovery conversations with organizations that are genuinely ready to go beyond the policy. If that is you, I would love to hear from you.
